Subject: Your urgent response Please.

From: Madam Koku

Good day and how are you doing with your family? i got your contact information and lay all the trust in you before i decided to disclose this confidential and successful transaction. Our bank and i decided to contact you over this financial transaction $10,500,000.00....

This is an abandoned fund that belongs to one of our bank foreign customers who died along with his entire family in Algeria Earthquake on 23 may 2003…

Be informed it is not authorized by the law guiding our bank for a citizen of BURKINA FASO to make the claim of the fund. So the request of you as a foreigner…. and transfer smoothly into your reliable bank account as the RELATION BEING THE NEXT OF KIN to the deceased….

I expect your urgent communication, m_koku@myway.com

My regrads to your family, Madam Koku Richard.

My reply -
Hello Madam.

My family are well. I never knew I had rich relatives. How do you know I'm next of kin? I could be anyone. But I'm honest and a Christian. So wouldn't steal or take what's not rightfully mine. Are you a Christian too? If not, how can I trust what you say as the truth? I'm sure you understand why I have questions.

Dear Mark,
Thanksq for your mail,This is an abandoned fund sum that belongs to one of our bank foreign customers who died along with his entire family in Algeria Earthquake on 23 may 2003.I was very fortune to came across the deceased file when i was arranging the old and abandoned customers files to submit to the entire bank management for an official re-documentation.

All i need from you is your cooperation and for you to follow my instructions. and also your trust of no betrayer as soon as the fund is in your account. you will be issued some certificate that will cover the fund in your country in other not to arise any suspicious. you have nothing to worry about. for us to proceed, do send me your contact informations for proper adentification. and i want this to be between the both of us because i still work with the bank
I will be waiting to hear from you. Madam Koku

My reply -

Nice you're eager to help. I didn't have relatives in the 'Algeria earthquake'. It would be dishonest to take what's not mine. What do you suggest? Just take the $10 million regardless? If not the 'next of kin' would that be right?

Remember that I'm a Christian and would not steal from you or tell lies. Is this right? Would you steal and lie to me? Jesus said, "The thief comes so he may steal, kill, and destroy: but I came so they may have life, and have it abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep" (John 10:10-11)

what should I do? Do you think the money will make me really happy? Should I share it with you?

Their reply -

Dear Mark,

I have explained every thing about this fund to you, the true owner of this fund and his family are no more, so i dont think it is stealing i see it as God giving opportunity to change my story if we dont go for it others will. so it is left for you, you have your choice, you have 35% of $10.5usd if you dont need your share you can give it to the orphanage home or many ways you can use it to help others.

So if you are willing let me know so that we can proceed, if not still let me know so that i can look for some one else.
Madam koku

My reply -

Dear Madam Koku Richard

But you have NOT "
explained every thing about this fund". You NOW say my share is only "35% of $10.5usd". That wasn't explained. And now, if I'm unwilling you will "look for some one else" and it give away. A bank with no concern who gets ten million dollars from their vault?

Are you the '
Secretary of Auditing Dept' or not? If so surely you know a bank must be careful. Many scams and dishonest people try to steal money using the internet. So we must be cautious because you might give it to the wrong person.

Remember I said I'm a Christian. People who are dishonest and steal never succeed in life. They get caught. And the bible says, "the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, have fallen from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." (1 Tim.6:1), The love of money puts people in jail. It makes them into fools.

But I am willing "
so that we can proceed". Do you want an address to post the fund? Shall I fly over to finalize details? Please be more open to discuss these matters and answering my questions.

No reply, so I replied further -

Dear Madam

I notice you haven't replied for a few days.

Rather annoying. You email promising 10 million dollars and now give it to another. What a cheek!!

And disgraceful. I should report your bank to the International Bankers Association of (IBA) who have penalties for this behaviour.
